With the basic diagnostics, we will take an overall look at your computer and tell you what is wrong with it.
Virus / Spyware Removal - $90.00

We don’t only scan for viruses and spyware, we also do other windows clean up and performance modifications to help improve the speed of your system.
Password Removal - $20
- We can clear any windows or mac OSX password.

Windows Re-installation - $100.00

This includes wiping your hard drive clean and installing a fresh copy of the OS listed on your COA. We will install all the drivers and windows updates to make your system as up to date as possible. We will also install some free antivirus software.
Data Transfer / Recovery - $60.00

A data transfer is necessary when your old hard drive crashed or your windows has become so corrupt that you can no longer access it. We will recover your old documents, movies, music, and pictures and copy them to your new system or DVD / CD.
Laptop DC Jack Replacement - $100.00 including part cost
Service Call Home or Office - $80.00 minimum 1st hour / $1.00 per minute after.

Don’t want to bring your system to us ? We’ll come to you. If you are within a 10 minute drive from Bastrop, we’ll come to you. If you are further, there will be an additional charge. Please call to discuss it.
- Let us come to your business so you don’t have to remove your system from its important job. We’ll bring our tools and any parts needed and replace the damaged part, or repair the software so it’s up and running smoothly again.
-All charges and repairs are approved by You first.
-We require half down on all part orders. Remaining balance will need to be paid at check out.
